At Sanad Academy, a certificate is more than paper. It is documented recognition of verified achievement and, for Ijaazah holders, a link in the unbroken chain of Quran transmission.

Recognition rooted in tradition.

In Islamic scholarship, certification has always meant more than completing a course. The tradition of Ijaazah documents who learned from whom and grants permission to pass knowledge forward.

Every Sanad certificate is a genuine recognition of verified achievement. For Ijaazah recipients, it also places the student's name within a living scholarly chain.

Certificate FAQ

Are Sanad Academy certificates recognized?

Course completion certificates are issued by Sanad Academy and signed by the teacher. Ijaazah certificates carry the certifying teacher's full scholarly chain, the established standard in the global Islamic scholarly community.

How long does it take to earn a certificate?

It depends on the course and pace. Noorani Qaida may take two to three months; Quran Recitation often takes three to four months; full memorization and Ijaazah preparation may take one to three years.

Can I receive my certificate digitally?

Yes. Certificates are issued digitally as high-resolution PDF files. Physical printed certificates can also be requested for an additional fee.

What language is the certificate written in?

Certificates are issued in Arabic and English. Ijaazah certificates follow the traditional format, primarily in classical Arabic with the full chain of transmission.

Can my child receive a certificate?

Yes. We issue age-appropriate completion certificates for children's programs including Noorani Qaida, Juz Amma memorization, and Islamic Studies.

What makes an Ijaazah different?

An Ijaazah is not simply a completion award. It is formal scholarly permission to transmit and teach, supported by a documented chain of teachers.
